- copy all files to your magento installation
- Clear the cache in Admin -> System -> Cache Management
- Go to Admin -> System -> Configuration -> MGT-COMMERCE.COM -> Developer Toolbar -> Settings -> Active -> Yes
- edit index.php and enable the profiler Varien_Profiler::enable();
