Make sure that the module is fully compatible with the Terraform AWS Provider Version 4 release.

Changes

Updates examples to use 4.x version of AWS provider
Upgrades terraform-aws-modules/lambda/aws from 2.17.0 to 3.1.0

Fixes #120.
