Replace String.replaceAll with StringBuilder for better performance.

where are the before and after results, do not see any results shared - please share them.

It's here, the S3EscaperBenchmark.benchmarkEncode is the original impl, the S3EscaperBenchmark.benchmarkEncodeOptimized is the proposed impl.
