Feat: メインタイムラインのタブ(ヘッダー？)をカスタマイズできるように

What

メインタイムラインのヘッダー(タブ？)をカスタマイズできるようになりました。
また、リストのピン留めも複数できるようになりました。

Why

リストのピン留め(複数)がTODOだったことや、#8759のようなIssueがあるため。
