Refunds

Partial Refunds

You can easily refund a complete order as soon as it has been payment state like paid. We currently use the Sylius refund plugin from Sylius team.

Navigate to the orders list

1. In the overview with order show you will see a button 'Refunds'
2. You will see an items list with input of amount
3. Make the value of the amount and choose Mollie like payment method to refund.
4. Confirm the refund. The refund is being processed now
