  1. How long has quickex been swapping?
  2. How long has quickex had monero support?

thanks

Quickex has operated since 2018.
The first Monero exchange was also in 2018.
We are seeing a large number of users interested in exchanging Monero on Quickex and it will be great if users see support from the community.

If, as a result of the analysis of AML cryptocurrency assets, a risk above 40% is identified, or any of the following labels is received:

  • MIXER (mixing funds to hide their origin)
  • BLACKLIST (presence in blacklists)
  • STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION
  • SANCTIONS
  • *list goes on*

(If in this list) our service reserves the right to charge an additional commission of up to 5% for transactions.

and other high-risk assets, suspicious activity, request from our liquidity provider / authorities the Client's transaction may be frozen indefinitely until the completion of identity verification (KYC).

After KYC verification, the client will be refunded with a deduction of a 5% commission. (in total 10%)

The return of assets is not possible if the Client fails to provide within 30 days (100% fee lol)

Blocking is also performed when sending assets from the following exchanges: *and list goes on*

TLDR? We can scam you whenever we want.

bonus point:

The first Monero exchange was also in 2018.

this is a lie, they had Monero support in 2020 and delisted after a few month later then readded in 2023

  1. We follow our AML policy and never stop transactions unless they have high risk tags and come from sanctioned wallets. We are an aggregator and intermediary between the liquidity provider and the client. AML transactions are stopped not by us, but by the liquidity provider, and if the client responds to the liquidity provider's request and provides data - the transaction is returned to the client's address. We have a lot of users in the XMR pairs and we are loyal to them as much as possible, we are just intermediaries that allow the user not to communicate with the CEX directly, which correlates perfectly with the XMR ideology. If a user goes to an CEX directly they have no choice on AML and KYC issues, if they go to Quickex they have a choice if their dirty transaction is stopped. But even if the transaction is stopped - we use the representation of the company to conduct a dialog on the client's side and most often the exchange returns the dirty transaction back to the client.
  2. From the very beginning, we have been working with Monero, through the liquidity provider Binance, then OKX. There were times when we stopped working with this coin for a few months, when we switched from Binance to OKX, but after all we have been working with this coin. This is one of our main directions.
