GODRIVER-2792
Summary
Run the Serverless CI tasks on Ubuntu 20.04.
Background & Motivation
There is no download available for the latest MongoDB 7.0 RC for Ubuntu 18.04, so the task fails. Update that task to run on Ubuntu 20.04.
Note: I initially attempted to run the task on the recommended RHEL 8 distro, but the
libmongocryptlinking failed for an unknown reason.
