[Favicons refactor] - Incorrect favicon of blogger.com #22085

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install FF.
  2. Open blogger.com.
  3. Add it to shortcuts.
  4. Add it to bookmarks.
  5. Check the favicon in tab tray history, check the favicon in inactive tabs, in library panel sections.
  6. Observe the favicon.

Expected behavior
The favicon is correctly displayed.

Actual behavior
The favicon is not correctly displayed.
The only place where it's correct is the website shortcut widget.

  • Device: iPhone 15 (17.5)
  • Build version: v131 (45403)
  • First seen version: ?

This is more of a caching issue it seems as its unable to fetch proper icon.
