- initial addition of Casablanca lib - framework for GET support
- only works on 127.0.0.1:3000 at this stage - some restrictions on libconfig syntax
- premake build file whitespace cleanups
- NOTE: use external 5v supply for these to avoid disrupting
state of PoKey device
- allocate listener on heap
- resolve a number of conflicts
- reduce the post duty cycle sleep time - make the commented out test code more interesting
