To conform to the company's style conventions for components and products, component names like the Data Grid and the Date and Time Pickers should be treated like proper nouns: always capitalized. I reviewed all instances of "data grid", "Data grid",
DataGrid, etc. and replaced 99.9% of them with "Data Grid" for this PR. I also audited all variations of "Data Grid Pro" and "Data Grid Premium" and updated as necessary. I'll follow up with others to tackle the other MUI X component names.
