Pretty much everything else. Customers can't really evaluate the performance considerations until they actually understand the steps to take and their implications, specially when the upgrade requires changes to their applications.

Pretty much everything else. Customers can't really evaluate the performance considerations until they actually understand the steps to take and their implications, specially when the upgrade requires changes to their applications.
