Add missing Studio to (nightly) package names #24593

The Windows Portable builds didn't have Studio in the name yet, so I fixed that. Turned out 7z packages were affected too.
Then I saw that the Linux nightlies were not named very consistently either, so I fixed that too.
And, the calculation of the number of nightly builds that is preserved was not very up to date, so I fixed that too. (Please review this carefully as it is a potentially scary change!)

Not strictly necessary because `MuseScore-Studio-` also matches `MuseScore-*`, but still...
and delete some ancient ones from MuseScore 4.0 and 4.2 that use some old naming scheme
