This replaces NotePage and is WAY cleaner - also much clearer how we can extend this to use a save button rather than autosave.

The NotePage in the preview doesn't seem like it looks any different. Is that expected? I thought this included the new designs as well? |

The new concept page has dramatically cleaner data loading logic, and seems to perform better in my very unscientific testing.
