Daily article mailing list bot for [email protected]:

Dependencies:
* Python
** BeautifulSoup module (<http://www.crummy.com/software/BeautifulSoup/>)
** wikitools module (<https://code.google.com/p/python-wikitools/>)

Fill out "config.py.sample" appropriately and move the file to "config.py" in
the same directory as "dal.py". Be sure to restrict read permissions on both
"config.py" and the resulting "config.pyc" file.
