This is a very minor pull request.
I am in the Earthscope ISCE class this week and had an issue running autoRIFT so made the changes in this commit.
All versions of numpy after 1.20 officially deprecated data types:
np.bool
np.int
Not sure if there is a more appropriate branch to merge into.
