Vi har behov for å kunne gjøre enkel feature-toggling på ikke kritiske features som ikke er visnings klare. Denne hooken gir oss den muligheten, slik at vi ikke synliggjør nye features i dev eller prod. Vi har allerede tatt i bruk noe tilsvarende i fp-frontend, men jeg ser at dette kan brukes flere steder, så det føles naturlig å legge det her
