Validering av TokenX tokens i apiet.
Det fungerer slik at
authenticate("idporten-validation", "tokenx-validation")først forsøker å validere med idporten konfig og hvis den feiler forsøker den med tokenx konfig.Dermed kan man ha to gyldige validering konfigurasjoner samtidig.
Og man trenger ikke å prodsette frontend samtidig.
