error code 3 for some nanopore datasets

Hello,

Thanks for developing and maintaining great tools!

I've attempted to generate fastq files for the below runs using fasterq-dump, but unfortunately, it didn't work. I received an error code 3.

SRR19359306
SRR22216322

Interestingly, they are successfully converted to fastq if I use fastq-dump.
I'm not sure what the cause is, but could you please help me understand what might cause such errors?
Those runs are for ONT platform, so this may affect the process.

Yes there is a problem with these 2 accessions regarding fasterq-dump. You did the right thing to fall back to the older fastq-dump. It is slower but works... We will try to fix the problem in an upcoming release.
