Create installation instructions

Heya,

I couldn't find any installation instructions & how to verify successful installation. Could you provide some level of instructions?

The download page (where you got the appliance) points to https://www.bioontology.org/wiki/index.php/Category:NCBO_Virtual_Appliance. That page has a set of basic information, and at the bottom, references a small collection of related pages. Please let us know if there are items you'd like to see covered that aren't documented there. Need to update wiki to point to new documentation. Might be referenced someplace else too, check for that.
