In the process of trying to familiarize myself with the project I'm setting up a local version of optic and wanted to hook the mobile app into this. Unfortunately the firebase settings are hardcoded in. This PR moves them into the environment. I've put the existing hardcoded values into the sample env file so it should be easy to setup to use the default production environment.
