The current license, GPL (v2.0 or later), is often too restrictive, since it forces users to release the code of their project to the public. This is not ideal for libraries, since they are often embedded in closed-source projects.
I therefore propose to use the slightly less restrictive (although still fully open-source) license from version 6.0.0 onwards. This allows companies and users to use the php-cypher-dsl library in their closed-source project, as long as they include the copyright notice in their project.
