The most important change is to support spawn and vm scheduler.
Completely remove gdb_remote_protocol dependency.
Some adjustments to the project structure
- Merge ckb-debugger-api into ckb-debugger
- Copy some code from ckb-vm-debug-utils to ckb-debugger
Rebuild all examples by clang 18
