@hakonsbm This is fine, but I think it would be even more instructive if you combined all skips under one bullet point, instead of talking about threading first and then the others. Something like "Tests that require certain features, such as threads, MPI or GSL, need to be skipped ..."

This PR updates the testsuite readme to reflect new skipping commands introduced with #713. This fixes #750.
