NetBox version

v3.6-beta1

Python version

3.8

Steps to Reproduce

1: goto customisation > tags > select a tag (eg https://beta-demo.netbox.dev/extras/tags/1/)
2: press bookmark button (brings you to https://beta-demo.netbox.dev/extras/bookmarks/add/?return_url=/extras/tags/1/)

note the validation error under the object type:
Select a valid choice. That choice is not one of the available choices.

Expected Behavior

should be able to bookmark a tag OR the bookmark button should not be available

Observed Behavior

Select a valid choice. That choice is not one of the available choices. message on form after following bookmark button

issue also happens on webhook model
