Renaming a collectives shows an error #1456

When renaming a collective on latest main it shows an error while the request returns a 200 success code.

Reloading the page shows the new collective name

I've also noticed that when clicking the icon, there are two requests sent (one from focus out and one from the click on submit)

As reported by @Rello, seen on daily
