This PR refactors the deprecated method
OC\Server::getCapabilitiesManagerand replaces it withOC\Server::get(\OC\CapabilitiesManager::class)throughout the entire NC codebase (excluding./appsand./3rdparty).Additionally, where necessary, the
\OC\CapabilitiesManagerclass is imported via theusedirective.
