What is bioconda build? I am not aware how it ended up there. Does it also happen with the official binaries and/or local build from release branch? But that's definitely a bug somewhere. This is a fatal error and the message is not something we are emitting. It comes from some dependency. |
The bioconda package is something Peter maintains probably. I assume it's this one? |

OK I tested with out binary, it still pops up. So this seems to be a bug with |
Oh no! What could have happened there... Seems to be working on Linux. |
I'm using
nextclade
v1.4.1 installed frombioconda
on macOS 11.6.When I run the command provided in the docs:
nextclade dataset list --name=sars-cov-2
I get the following error:[ERROR] Nextclade: invalid format string
