fix bug with strategy != 'Paired' #18

with these included as arguments:

 --duplex_seq=false \
 --groupreadsbyumi_strategy Edit

I see this error:

No such variable: groupreadsbyumi_strategy

 -- Check script '$PATHTO/fastquorum/./workflows/fastquorum.nf' at line: 43 or see '.nextflow.log' file for more details
