I think maybe the mochajs/mocha#4861 PR could cause breaking changes, but I did not find any code that uses the old delay constructor option

I looked through all the commits between 9.2.2 and 10.2.0 (mochajs/mocha@v9.2.2...v10.2.0) and couldn't find any breaking change that would affect Nightwatch.

The only ESM related commit I could find here (since ESM is mentioned in the linked issue as one of the possible breaking change) is mochajs/mocha@f6695f0 but since it is specified as a chore and didn't even make it to their CHANGELOG, it should be fine.
