[GPU] Updates mfma/wmma attribute names in build_tools and tests. (ir…

…ee-org#18133)

This is follow-up for iree-org@82012e6.
Some attributes are not updated and the failures are triggered in
postsubmit jobs. The revision run the same script under `build_tools`
and `tests` directories.
