Summary

I added the seven badges requested in the linked issue into the README.

The badges have been placed between the Complete, compliant and well tested module for implementing an OAuth2 server in [Node.js](https://nodejs.org/). and NOTE: This project has been forked from... lines as specified.

All badges have been added in the Markdown format.
