Steps to Reproduce
You can open this file in Qt Linguist to verify the file will work. Linguist should auto detect it as the following:
Language: Spanish (Spain)
Country/Region: Mexico
Notes
This initial effort was aimed at Mexican (LATAM) Spanish as that is what I know, but it can also serve as a jumping off point for other Spanish-speaking countries as needed. My Spanish is also not perfect, but it will be easier for people correct any mistakes I may have made from this point forward.
