You'll have to be more precise, because yes HDR10 and Dolby Vision videos are supported on hardware that support it

My device's hardware supports hdr , does not support hdr10 . But vlc can produce right colour for hdr10 videos then why nova can't

If it can't support HDR10, then what kind of HDR does it support?
It would be easier if you'd just describe what's your hardware.

Also in description, it has been written that nova support ass subtitles but when I play some videos with ass subtitles , it does not show with proper style and position sometimes I can't even read. Please look at this

This is the wrong ticket to discuss this.

It doesn't have HDR or Dolby Vision support according to https://www.gsmarena.com/motorola_moto_g30-10724.php

He's talking about HDR Tone mapping like mpv does in mpv-player/mpv#10530
