product.inAppProduct.state is no longer available in CdvPurchase.Product
By this commit basic purchase functionality is working. Duplicate calls are handle properly and user won't be given double NUM points.
after migrating cordova-plugin-purchase npx cap sync automatically bumps android billing client to version 5 which in turn solves issue mentioned before: https://app.asana.com/0/0/1206062906361649/1206062916657894/f
