This was fixed for 4.0 in PR #1175. The fix needs to be back-ported to the 3.15.1 release.

Fix is available from MyGet as version 3.15.1-dev00003

It turns out we already had an unlisted 3.15.1 release, identical to 3.15.0, on Nuget.org. This was due to an error in the build when 3.15 was released. In spite of being unlisted, it has had 11000 downloads!

Consequently, this issue and its release will now be rebuilt as 3.15.2.

This issue has been resolved in version 3.15.2

The release is available on:
GitHub.
NuGet packages are also available NuGet.org and
Chocolatey Packages may be found at Chocolatey.org
