Installation of an electron app failing (using nut js 1.7.0)

Hey guys,
We've made an automation app that we're using with electron and nut-js. We saw that recently one client could not install it but all the other installed it without any issues.
Accepting any kind of ideas/help/tips , in order to work should the client have something to do with his C++ libraries installed on his computer or that has nothing in common.
We tried this on the same windows he has (10 Pro) it is working so its not the OS that is causing the problem.
Here is the error though :

We found the problem the client should have installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x64).
