* docs(options): remove the duplicated word

Changed `...to make requests server side requests` to `...to make server side requests`.

* docs(options): change the order of the paragraphs

Change the order of the paragraphs based on the [## baseUrl section](https://axios.nuxtjs.org/options/#baseurl).

Added:
- the backticks around a `browserBaseURL` word;
- a dot at the end of a sentence.
