v0.2.1 release, (PuzzleScript Plus)

This release includes support for the PuzzleScript Plus engine. Not all extensions work, but larger sprite_size works, and level selection works. Alpha transparency in colors parses but graphics do not currently include alpha channels so you always get full opacity for all colors.

First public binary release of pzretro. Includes binary core files for:
