build fix: Bump to 1.10.2 #26

1.10.1 was never released, but we already accidentally built (in copr, from master HEAD) 1.10.1-1.something. Later we lowered the release to 0.something, so that we build 1.10.1-0.something, so these newer builds are considered (by dnf/rpm) older than the already-built-and-available-from-copr 1.10.1-1.something. Fix this by bumping to 1.10.2, keeping the release 0.something until the next release. This also means that we'll never release 1.10.1.
