Shibboleth testing

Shib can be tested in qa but the federations themselves cannot be properly tested without a user at that institution. For testing in qa puppet configures shib to use testshib.org's service. To do so one needs to upload our metadata to testshib.org and create a tenancy to use it.
So for qa0 goto https://shib-sp.oae-qa0.oaeproject.org/Shibboleth.sso/Metadata
Rename the downloaded Metadata file to oae_qa0_metadata and then upload it using this form https://www.testshib.org/register.html
Easy :)
Create or select a tenancy using the qa admin webui. Turn on shibboleth authentication and set the IDP to; https://idp.testshib.org/idp/shibboleth
You may also want to set a Name or change the attributes but it's not required. That's it.
