I should have perused pull requests before doing this myself. Oops! Either way, JWT 1.0 and Rubocop are now both fixed. Will be cutting 0.9.4 shortly. |

There are a number of Rubocop violations that are causing the build to fail. Fixed a deprecation warning in the .rubocop.yml and then fixed those violations.
