We do this by adding some instructions on how to setup font-families via App.css and a new 'troubleshooting' section on supporting JSX in webpack.

We add instructions on how to configure the font-families for a React-App so the font-glyphs can be found when using RNVI with React and webpack (for example).
We additionally add a troubleshooting section to explain how to support
unsupported JSXerrors when using webpack with RNVI.
