This PR offers an alternative solution to the missing
(package ...)annotations and the solution suggested in #249.Instead it merges
(executable ...)and(rule ...)stanzas into(test ...)swhile adding the missing
(package …)annotations.This has the advantage of simplifying our dune rules.
