SDDP.jl needs a better name. Suggestions that have been floated

• ELISE.jl - Extensible LIbrary for SDDP Experiments
• SMOKIE.jl - Stochastic Multistage Optimisation Kit Including Extensibility
• ELMO (S).jl - Extensible Library for Multistage Optimisation (with Stochasticity)
• JESS.jl - Julia's Extensible SDDP Solver
• JuDO.jl - Julia for Dynamic Optimization
• SMORE.jl - Stochastic Multi-stage Optimization Research Environment
• JAST.jl - Just Another SDDP Toolbox
• JEMSO.jl - JuMP Extension for Multi-stage Stochastic Optimisation
• Kokako.jl - for no reason other than Kokako's are cool birds
• Mohua.jl - Multistage Optimisation H?? Uncertainty A??
• Moa.jl - Multistage Optimisation Application

At this stage I'm leaning towards Moa.jlKōkako.jl... It riffs nicely with WEKA and Pajarito.jl

Since kōkako appears to have been widely dismissed, how about Mohua: the Multistage Optimisation witH Uncertainty Application. cc @lkapelevich @DrAndyPhilpott
