The original change in #7254 extended the timeout whilst waiting for message responses in CTS.
Whilst it seemed to reduce the inmem errors from 2 to 1, since the change our automated cts at https://github.com/planetf1/egeria-cts is now regularly timing out.
I am therefore reverting this change (to get a good comparison this needs to be merged and built in containers & tested through ci/cd for a fair comparison)
