Description

Additional gradle cleanups

  • Ensure gradle warnings fail the build - this prevents regressions creeping in which could prevent moving to later versions
  • remove a few build related files that are no longer used
  • Fixes UI container cannot be launched in v4 #7403 by fixing issue with packaging of ui server chassis
