Description
This PR removes the deprecated Analytics Modeling OMAS
Testing
Egeria builds and the FVTs run without this module. This means that the platform is starting and functioning correctly without this module.
Release Notes & Documentation
The V4.0 release notes have been updated to reflect this change (and refrences to Analytics Modeling OMAS are removed).
Additional notes
This module is being removed because there is no one to maintain it.
