This PR brings following enhancements for the OMAGServer:

  • Cleaner runner implementation
  • Custom startup error handling and startup control reflecting the app availability state
  • Configuration model using type-safe properties and app configuration validation (this is the new model that will also support simplified OMAG configuration coming soon)
  • Assembly updates, using the correct omag-server jar package; with this change the new omag server becomes available in the docker image (image tested locally with docker desktop)
  • Doc updates
