Simplify and improve integration development

Description

This PR includes simple updates to ease the process of creating integration connectors (and testing them in a variety of configurations.

• Adding a new admin command to update the endpoint for the local repository remnote connector (resetRemoteCohortURL). This method is needed when a cohort member is moving platforms - or has been configured to the default platform of 9443 in error.
• Update a number of the original connectors to show them in "Stable" development state.
• Automatically add a default audit log connection to Integraiton Daemons, Engine hosts and View servers.
• Roll up the simple catalog repository archives into a single content pack for testing.
