Description
This PR provides an initial implementation of the token-based services needed for UIs. These are implemented in new modules found under the user-security directory. These new services are consumed by the following view services:

Simple testing with postman. In addition, the FVTs did a good job of exposing security problems causes by enabling Spring security.
